Topfa Feingeback

Topfa Feingeback, or as I would rather call it: Valentines heart-shaped cheesecake. You all know Valentines is coming up! So why not make a simple and tasty cheese cake. Heart-shaped! Great to share, just like love…

Ingredients:

• 250 dkg cottage cheese
• 3 eggs
• 1 dl sour cream
• 4 table spoon sugar
• 3,5 table spoon flour
• 1/2 bag of baking powder
• 1 bag of vanilla sugar
• 1/2 lemon zest

Icing sugar for decoration.

Preparation:

1. Mix the ingredients in the given order by hand mixer.
2. Bake for 30 min in pre heated oven at 200 C.
3. Per your liking, decorate with icing sugar when cooled.
